Michelle Linam has been a licensed Sales Associate with Jimmy Bell Real Estate Company since 2002, she is a lifelong resident of Fort Smith, Arkansas, a graduate of Northside High School and attended Westark Community College (UAFS).
For nine years Michelle was the Managing Broker of the Northridge Branch Office of Jimmy Bell Real Estate Company. Currently she holds her Executive Broker’s license and works from the JBREC main office, specializing in New Construction and Subdivisions (Northridge, Park Heights and Scott Farm), while continuing to be committed to helping her clients, friends and family find or build the home of their dreams. Since, 2003 Michelle has consistently achieved the Award of Excellence for Sales Volume.
Michelle is a member of the Crawford County Board of Realtors, where she was Past Director of the Board of Directors and is the past Chairman of the Sherri Mason Memorial Scholarship Committee. Additionally she is a member of the Arkansas Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors and the Greater Fort Smith Homebuilders Association, where she was a past Associate Council Member. Michelle is also actively involved in various other volunteer positions within the community. The Leukemia Lymphoma Society and American Cancer Society are both dear to Mchelle's heart having been a successful survivor of Multiple Myeloma since 2015. Michelle also strongly supports the Good Samaritan Clinic, which is a non-profit organization giving healthcare to individuals regardless of their ability to pay.
